Yes. Katya uses only professional-quality wire in all designs. All wires are designer-quality, tarnish-resistant copper-core or precious metal and some gemstone chains, when used, are 14k gold plated brass. All metals are lead and nickel free.

Yes - we provide Sterling Silver eaar hooks, which we recommend for thos with the most sensitive ears. Our metals are hypoAll earrings indicate in the description what metal is used. Almost every pair has either .925 Sterling Silver or 14k Gold filled, high-quality earring hooks. In some cases, Brass or Copper hooks are used in styles but they will always be noted in the decription area and you can also contact Katya before your purchase to request a different hook as needed.

All handmade earrings are non-refundable. All sales are final, but DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY! If you are unsatisfied or your earrings arrived damaged, please contact Katya right away with an image and we will ensure replacement and / or the best resolution to make sure everyone stays happy! Avoid getting wet and store in a dry place. If your earrings do get in contact with water, please clean it and make sure to D R Y it well afterward and store it in a dry place (avoid humidity). You need to keep your jewelry away from chemical products such as cleaning products with bleach, perfume, sunscreen, lotions, etc. We also recommend to keep away from pools and hot tubs. It is best not sleep in your earrings, whenever possible, but we understand sometimes it can be hard to take them off!

Katya's #1 goal is to source and purchase as many materials as she can from the local area in California and the USA. Most of the gemstones, crystals and metal componants are purchased from distributors inside the USA, however, some of those distributors do import their materials from around the world. Katya also has two direct sources from India and Brazil for crystals and gemstones and only orders from businesses that indicate fair labor practices.
